WHO WE ARE
| We are just a group of
ordinary people (men, women, moms, dads, grandparents and the
such) who just happen to love the Lord with everything in us and
have responded to the call of the Intercessor. |
This ministry is
one of strategic-level intercession & spiritual warfare that seeks to
serve as a support to the Apostle, staff, leadership and congregation
here at Outpouring Worship Center first and foremost. We come before the
Lord to pray into existence the vision, plans and purposes of God for
this ministry, community and the region that God has given it to
influence.
It is expected of all our intercessors to pray
for unity within the body of Christ and to be in unity with one another
and the leadership of the church. Intercessors are
indispensable to the body of Christ and we are so please to have this
ministry functioning on multiple levels in our local church. Truly we
are co-laborers with Christ in this endeavor.
Isaiah
62:6-7
6. I have set
watchmen upon thy walls, O Jerusalem; they shall never hold their
peace day nor night: ye that are Jehovah's remembrancers, take ye no
rest,
7.
and give him no rest, till he establish, and till he make Jerusalem
a praise in the earth
I Timothy
2:1-3
1
I exhort therefore, first of all, that supplications, prayers,
intercessions, thanksgivings, be made for all men;

for kings and all that are in high place; that we may lead a
tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and gravity.

This is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour;

Intercession is a call to pray. Not just
pray but to earnestly seek the heart of God.
It is a call of the spirit to pray like no other call.
Many have heard and have responded to God to bring before
Him families, cities, governments, communities and the nations.
Now like no other time before, with threats of dangers
all around us from both seen and unseen enemies, the call goes
out for intercessors to take their places as the watchmen God
calls them to be. |

God is urging His people to come. Come to a
new level of intercession. To hear the heart
of the Father. Are you one of those
people, feeling the drawing of the spirit to a deeper realm of
intercession/prayer. Join with us and the
many others around the world that have responded to the Lord for
this season as He prepares us to enter into the next, move of
God

MISSION STATEMENT
Outpouring Intercessors are those whom have
responded to the call of God to the ministry of prayer and intercession.
We are committed to carry that call with passion to see an
atmosphere where there is freedom for the Spirit of God to move as He so
desires. To stand as a shield of prayer protection
for the Apostle Richard E. Williams, his family and the leadership of
this ministry.
To put all personal agendas aside and interceded
for the plans and purposes of the Lord. We are committed to development
of all facets of the prayer ministry, such as personal growth &
development, teaching, training and mobilizing people to become the army
of God in these last days.
